Sard Studio is operated by Sard Studio, 28B Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a session you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once it is paid in full. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. When you pay by card, the payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Your session

Sessions start and end at the booked times. An operator from Sard runs the equipment throughout. Please arrive 15 minutes early for a sound check.

Studio rules

No smoking, no food on the sets, and no changes to the furniture or equipment without the operator. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests. We may end a session early, without refund, if someone's behaviour puts people or equipment at risk.

Your content

You own the recordings and the edited content we deliver to you. You are responsible for having the consent of everyone who appears and for anything said or shown, including music and third-party material. We may keep a copy of your files for 30 days, after which we delete them.

Showing our work

We will only use clips from your session on Sard's own channels if you agree to it in writing.

Liability

Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
