Sard Studio is operated by Sard Studio, 28B Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we collect when you use this website or book a session, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and the details you give us when booking.
• Payment details, handled directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, never your full card number.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics (pages visited, device type).

Why we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, send reminders, deliver your files, answer your questions and, if you agree, tell you about offers. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run our bookings: Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), our customer records system and WhatsApp. Each keeps your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as UAE accounting and tax law requires. Recordings are deleted 30 days after delivery.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or stop marketing messages at any time, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
