Rescheduling

You can move your booking to another available time free of charge up to 48 hours before your session starts. Use the link in your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.

Cancelling 48 hours or more before

You get a full refund to the card you paid with. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of your request; your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to show it.

Cancelling less than 48 hours before

We keep 50% of the amount paid. The other 50% becomes studio credit you can use within 90 days.

No-shows and late arrival

If you don't arrive, the session is not refunded. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the booked time so the next guest can start on time.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel because of a technical problem or anything else on our side, you choose between a new time and a full refund.

Packages and add-ons

The Series is billed monthly with a three-month minimum. Editing add-ons (extra clips, subtitles, rush edits) can be refunded in full until editing has started.
